Client paperwork goes in, structured booking records come out. Retrieval over the documents, extraction into the database, a person approves the result. The bench is real, and so is the paper trail: every job logs its hours, decisions, and outcomes.
A guided-cycling tour operator runs their whole season on FileMaker. We wired a local language model into it: staff ask a question in plain English, the system writes the SQL, checks it, and hands back the report. No data leaves the building, and nobody waits for month-end.
